Water substitute sealant created especially to be mixed with Cake Eyeliner in order to provide a long lasting waterproof effect.

Squeeze sealant onto liner brush, mix it with Cake Eyeliner and apply directly on the eyelids. Seals in seconds to protect the eyeliner’s color  and lasts all day long. 30ml.
